We have Employed most of them on Retainer Basis or as Associates, so that the Cost can be rationalized even ensuring the Stated Delivery Parameters.
Not only in Kolkata, we have spread our wings in Ahmadabad, Vadodara , Orissa, NCR, Hyderabad & also have plans to add few more Cities as our Operation Bases. Therefore, we have to Recruit 20/ 25 more Employees / Retainers / Associates in our locations for Business Development, Customer Support and augmenting Internal Operation in 2017-2018 FY.We have less attrition rate than the market standard in this high Employee turn-out Business.
