Amitava Banerjee is the visionary behind B3 Brain Behind Brand, a transformation consulting firm dedicated to empowering MSMEs and startups to grow smarter, lead stronger, and adapt faster.
With 30+ years of leadership experience across multinationals, Indian corporate houses, and mid-sized family businesses, Amitava has held senior roles like Vice President, Senior General Manager, and Regional Manager, bringing hands-on expertise in navigating complex business challenges.
An engineer from IIEST Shibpur and a management postgraduate, he combines deep technical insight with strategic thinking. In 2025, he completed the prestigious Senior Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur, mastering key concepts like Mindful Leadership, Power & Politics, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, and the transition from a PAID Economy to an ATTENTION Economy.
Currently, he is enrolled in the Senior Management Development Program on ‘Digital Transformation – AI for Leaders’ at IIM Indore, equipping himself with cutting-edge tools to help MSMEs embrace digital disruption.
Amitava is also a nationally recognized speaker and workshop facilitator, having conducted impactful sessions on business transformation and team empowerment across the country. His programs are known for being practical, energizing, and deeply transformative.

Skilled in fostering organizational culture and developing compensation strategies, demonstrating a profound impact on business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
Having more than 30 years of professional experience in Indian multinational companies including Mitra SK Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, Geo-Chem Laboratories Private Limited, Mumbai and more.
