Job Description
- Through knowledge shuttles hessian looms of wider width
- Allocation of looms as per orders.
- Should have knowledge on mechanical problems and solution.
- Managing labour to get maximum production.
- Overall administration of the shed.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE-
- Candidate must be having detailed knowledge of textile machinery – especially looms (rapier and others).
- Job will involve R&D on machine, design and development of machines, erection and commissioning, maintenance, studying of machine behaviour and improvements.
- Job will also involve managing existing machinery – their maintenance, overhauling, improvements.
- Candidate should be able to handle and co-ordinate various teams under him such as – design, R&D, purchase, production, sales, etc.
- Job will require to travel to foreign countries and develop relations with buyers, suppliers, etc.
- Job will also require to develop vendors, QC and overall management of operations.
Experience – Minimum 15 years in a textile mill
