Job Title — Sales Manager
• Responsible for sales as well as service support of Civil Survey Instruments like Total Stations, Theodolites, Auto levels, GPS, DGPS & Civil Survey Softwares.
• Responsible for installation & Post Sales Application Related Issues of Customers.
• CRM and customer retention.
• Increasing business through method penetration on existing base.
• Creating new leads and opportunities to increase customer instrument base.
• Making Product presentation & demonstration to the key decision maker & clients in real estate , construction, projects, civil survey industries.
• Training operating staffs of client for efficient use of business.
• Making proposals and quotations for new accounts.
• Responsible for presenting Technical information in tender bids and providing product demonstrations after bid closure.
• Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers preparing proposal and cost estimations and quotations.
• Providing training input & assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc
• Provided personal support to customer in service issues in case of emergency.
• Good communication and technical skills.
• Strategic planning and brand management for improving sales

CTC – 25-30% HIKE on Present CTC
